Syndicalism

is a socialist economic system which organizes the economy through for the benefit of the majority of society's members. The economy is organized around industry-based groups of workers. These non-competitive syndicates (or confederations) of workers use democracy to make decisions and create a type of labor council composed of specialists and worker representatives in each respective industry.  Labor councils manage the economy and make decisions. Using cooperation and mutual-aide local confederations would communicate with each other through the labor councils to manage trade and commodies.
